We were sitting in the lobby staring at each other like long lost friends. With my hands clasped together on my knees I eyed the Starbuck's stand. Not a soul to be seen. But that's okay... coffee breath would be no good right now anyway.
"Oh my god I LOVE your hair!"
"Really!? Ugh I need to fix my roots."
"How's Johnny and Nora??"
"Oh they're getting so biiiig. How Jocelyn?"
"Ooooh she just got her first acceptance letter to UHart and she got a scholarship so we're all psyched."
After grazing the basics we picked up our bags and headed to the Salon.
The very fabulous Kristin Young had asked me to assist her for a wedding and I couldn't have said yes fast enough. I don't know if it's because we have the same name or not... but Kristin was gracious enough to let me tag along with her when I first started shooting weddings. She helped mold me into the photographer I have become today and for that I am eternally grateful!
Suzanne's hair and make~up was done at the Radisson's Spa in Hyannis. The Reception was also held here. I think she looks excited.... :)
There's always time for a smooch after The Ceremony!!
The rain held off for a few minutes... the sky parted... the sun said hello... and we GRABBED these great shots.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I hope you all give thanks for what you are fortunate enough to have today and are able to enjoy your Thanksgiving just the way you want to. I need to start off by saying that Sara & Caleb have to be the most adventurous couple I have ever met. They hike; snowboard and rock climb together and will continue to share many adventures in the years to come.
Violins sang as guests were ushered to their seats and everyone lined up to make their way down the aisle. Sara's gaze stayed straight ahead to the man she trusted her life with, literally. The ceremony was filled with singing, instrumentals & speeches done in English aaaaaaand Swedish. I know this is so clique to say but Sara is a wonderfully caring and thoughtful girl. You could see how everyone was enamored by her and today was the day Caleb got to make her… his! To top it all off, it was especially special because Sara's father was the one who performed the Ceremony.
It was a little chilly and windy... can you tell?? NO! Look at these two work it!
The Reception was held at The Flying Bridge. Wasn't their cake awesome?!

Diane has been a good friend of mine for a while so when she asked me to do her Christmas card I was more than willing. Her children, Kate & Michael are crazy, sweet & hilarious. We had a great time down at Dowse's Beach in Osterville. Even though the weather was a little cool we had to run around to keep up with the kids so we warmed right up.
