Their love is a simple kind of love. As simple as a cottage on a harbor. A simple hammock in the front yard. A simple 17 foot fishing boat.
Everything starts with a simple beginning, question or idea but really, the outcome depends on what kind of a person you are.
Allison & Brandon are simple but together they are extraordinary.
We spent a simple Sunday exploring what they call home. Onset harbor couldn't have been a better backdrop for our photo-shoot.

The beautiful Allison...

I really love Brandon's little grin in this next one

a little stretchy fish-eye view

Yup, my clients climb mountains. Okay, it's a giant rock, but still. AWESOME!

Allison & Brandon,
Thank you soooo much for spending your Sunday evening with me!! I hope you love your photos, I had a blast and can not wait for your wedding. That seems like such a long time away so keep in touch until then!! xo
Much love,
K!

The limo pulled up to the church and out stepped Rachelle, with her bridesmaids close behind. They hastily made their way into the church before anyone could sneak a peek at them. The music filled the church, guests took their seats and a handsome groom followed by his two best friends made their way to the altar. Smiling bridesmaids made their entrance and Rachelle and her father appeared at the top of the aisle...

Blessing of the rings

The first time I met Kelly we spoke about the Cape, details of her wedding, the weather, her Niece, her easy going personality, but you couldn't help but notice that something was missing. Then she spoke of Bruce.
Bruce would be home soon. He was in Iraq, for her, for me, for you, for our country... but he would be home, soon. Kelly and Bruce had a quickie ceremony before he had deployed but in November they will really get to celebrate their love. I'm 130% looking forward to their wedding because I just KNOW it'll be awesome.

I had the immense pleasure of meeting Kelly's other half up @ The Nobska Lighthouse for their e-shoot. Not only did I get to meet Bruce, but I got to meet the real Kelly. She was complete, Bruce was complete and together... they're completely in love.

I wonder what they wished for...

Kelly, thank you for being so fabulous.

Kelly & Bruce,
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for making my job so easy. I feel like I say it all the time but it's people like the two of you that make me love my job. Your love is remarkable and I can't wait to be a part of your (second) big day!!

Much love,
K!

It happened for a reason. Searching for a place to call home for a period of time Sean settled in as a roommate of Caitlin’s. I suppose you could say it was love at first sight because Caitlin recollected the story with an incredible grin on her face of the first time she saw Sean and was pretty smitten to be able to share a roof with him. The time passed as their friendship grew, moving from separate couches across the room to cuddling up on just the one.
Caitlin & Sean wed in the backyard of the family’s property on a magnificent summer’s day. The weather had been a little overcast and threatening but a prayer was said and the clouds, for a reason, decided to make peace with the sky for the rest of the afternoon.

The beautiful Caitlin...

Just so everyone knows, Caitlin MADE her veil. Veil was made and dress was picked out last season, "BEFOOOORE it was trendy." Caitlin emphasized to me on her wedding day. Faaaaabulous.

A quick prayer before the ceremony blessed the sky with no clouds!!

Showing off some hard work details...

I loved all of Caitlin's partyin' ladies!!

Caitlin & Sean,
I was so happy to have fallen into your laps!! Thank you for picking Jocelyn and I to capture your amazing wedding day. I hope the two of you share many, many, many more fireworks in the future and we wish you nothing but the best of luck in all of your worldly plans!!
Much love,
K!

The warm ocean wind blew across the grass and moved the clouds quickly across the sky as we made our way into the cottage where Elizabeth was getting ready. Inside she was patiently waiting, if she had any nerves at all you couldn't tell because her smile was big enough to cover them over. As the finishing touches were done to her make-up, she slipped into her dress, decorated herself with jewelry and was ready to become a wife.
Across the yard Alex was ecstatic for the start of the ceremony. Their guests had come from as far as Mexico to see these two beautiful families become a whole.

Alex had awesome groomsmen... ready to lend a hand!!

I lalaloved this next one. I think they were a little occupied :-)

As you can see the sky was a little dark, but these two worked it!!

Jocelyn caught this one. E&A had a very saucy first dance!!

Liz & Alex,
People like the two of you make this world a better place. I know the future has amazing things in store for the both of you. I wish you nothing but the best.
Much love,
K!
